Laughter changes everything

I've been having a pity party off and on for the past couple of days. I'm not going to get into what's been going on but, I just haven't been myself. I've been gripping and complaining at everyone for everything. I'm NOT dare saying I don't do this sometimes but, it's just been worse the past couple of days. This little tidbit is for hubby...YES, I've had my hormone shot. :)

As I was going through my camera trying to find pictures and video to put on my blog I ran into this one. Joshua laughing. I had forgotten all about this video. I remember this day so clearly. I was in the kitchen and Joshua was in his favorite spot...the booster seat finishing up his food. Well, while I was in there I was dancing around and kicking my leg up in the air. He started laughing and laughing. So, yep you know me I grabbed the camera to take some video. He cracked me up. Joshua, is such a happy baby but, it was something about this laughter that got me. It was one of those HUGE belly laughs. As for the laugh I'm most certain that it was because I was dancing and NOT the fact that I am a 36 year old trying to do high kicks in the kitchen. :)

Anyways, listening to this video changed my whole perspective on the past couple of days. Isn't it amazing how GOD can take the innocence of laughter from a child and change a "bad" day into something wonderful? If you have a few moments I would LOVE for you to check out my sweet pea's laughter. I know it brought a much needed smile to my face.

Thank you GOD for opening my eyes and showing me what is truly important in this world. I'm sorry that I have wasted these couple of days in anger. I give to you my problem and will wait patiently for you to take care of it.
